It is really great to see that you are scoring 550 in AIATS. With this score yes there are chances of clearing NEET but getting 550 in one test wouldn't be enough. Try to be consistent with this score. 

Moreover, there's no guarantee that you will surely crack NEET if you are scoring good in AIATS. The level of AIATS is very different than NEET and hence there is a lot of difference in the question types of AIATS & NEET. Also, cut off patterns vary every year so aim high. 

Try scoring as much as possible to crack NEET surely. 

Lastly, you are doing great. These marks are excellent. Just keep going and you'll surely get into your desired course.
