Your rank is very poor, even your category rank won't lead you to any government college or any private college which are having nice ranking.

You are also not getting into nit, iiits etc. Although there are many engineering college where you can get a seat with this rank of yours , but agriculture engineering is not possible though. For that you have to choose some private college where you can get admission through management qouta.
