Yes you can build a careers in the Merchant Navy after Bcom and your degree does not block entry but what exactly matters is meeting eligibility criteria (10+2 with PCM) and qualifying IMU CET.

To apply for IMU CET you need to visit the official IMU website and you need to register through your mobile and email and fill the application form with personal and needed details.

You have upload the necessary documents required to proceed with the application and then pay the application fees and submit the form , then you can download the admit card once it is released.
