No according to my knowledge there is not any option of doing the PG after the class 10. You can pursue the PG degree after the completion of your UG degree. Infact there are some degree as well through which you can get both the degree in 5 years like B.Tech + M.tech / MBA. It will save your 1 year from the actual time of completion of that respeftive degree .
