Also several eligibility criterias like

• Their family income should be below 2.5 lakhs.
• Maximum 10 acres of wetland and 21 acres of dryland owners available for that.
• Scheme is currently for the student who are pursuing b.tech mtech bpharma m Pharma MBA MCA etc.
• Candidates should belongs toScheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, backward classes, minorities, Kapus, economically backward classes and differently-abled categories.
• Etc

But in that case you are paying donation to get into this college. Which actually indicates that your family income is not less than 2.5 lakhs per annum. That's why you are not eligible for this scheme.
