Kavita, There is no need to panic, if you are alotted your seat and have the alotment letter then the seat is only yours. This problem happens when alot of people use the site at the same time. The server usually hangs. Try after some time in early morning or midnight possibly. Okay, there is nothing to worry about, if still it doesnt work you can contact the institution with all your documents.

If you've made the transaction, you'll receive a SMS confirming so. If you haven't,search for the mode of payment of options available, and try paying through them. Sometimes, the confirming sms takes time, try to wait for 5 mins, you'll get the message.
