To get good rank in Neet u need to study all the chapters with equal determination .
But yes there are some portions which have more weightage than others but that Is also an assumption nothing can be said surely .
For physics:-
Modern physics carries a decent weightage almost 7-8 questions .
Kinematics 4-5 questions
Thermodynamics 5-7 questions
If u don't have much of the time u may leave some chapters .
For example magnetism because it carries almost 12-16 marks and leaving it might save u time to do other more important chapters.
For chemistry :-
All the 3 portions I;e physical , organic and inorganic chemistry carries almost 1/3 rd value so here u can't leave any of the portions but yes do the organic of 11th first and for 12th do as many chapters u can .
For biology :-
Botany has more weightage than zoology almost 60 questions are asked from botany and in botany morphology carries highest weightage .
Cell the structural and functional unit of life is a very long chapters and it takes a lot of time but only 1 question comes from it so if u have no time u can leave .
Hope It helped .
All the very best .....

Hii aiasha
If you really want to clear a NEET exam then you have to study all the chapters equally as there is no guarantee that from this particular chapter, more questions will be asked so make sure you study all the chapters.your main focus should remain on NCERT textbooks book as most of the questions are asked from it so make sure you go through your NCERT textbooks thoroughly.i hope this information helps you.
Thank you
