Biology is completely a scoring subject. The biology NCERT of both 11-12 should be referred as 95+% questions are asked from NCERT only.

Important topics for NEET are as below:

1. Human Physiology
2. Biological classification
3. Molecular basis of inheritance
4. Biomolecules
5. Animal kingdom
6. Reproduction
7. Ecosystem
8. Human health and diseases
9. Biotechnology

These are the main chapters from which highest number of questions are asked.

However the rest of chapters should not be left.
Revise NCERT daily as much possible. Atleast 2 chapters daily can get you 300+ in biology.
