Well dear Improvement Exam is only to give you an oppurtunity to perform better if you are not satisfied with your results.

You can take improvement exam in one or more subjects in the consecutive year of passing.One can take Improvement exam only in the subjects one has passed.

You will recieve  a new mark sheet with the marks of the respective subject,the passing certificate will remain the same.no new passing certificate of 12th will be issued.
