Indian Maritime University (IMU) is a government college and famous for Marine Engineering. The Mumbai campus of the IMU has fairly a good placements it is upto 60-70%. Placement totally depends on the students academic records and reputation at the institute.

Admission are made through IMU-CET. According to previous years cutoff the closing ranks for Marine Engineering in sc category goes upto 12000 so are having a very fair chance to get admission in this college. You just apply for the councillings and you will surely get the college.
