There are lots of college in Delhi for BBA but not exactly near the locations which you are asking for.Mukjergee nagar is hub for ias aspirants.And let me tell you one thing that these two things that you want to get into are two totally different field and to achieve any one of these you will have to give everything and to be honest you can do both at same time.So, get you mindset clear and decide what to do.
