In order to get into AIIMS you should have 60% aggregrate marks in P/C/B and english students belonging to  General and OBC candidates and 50% aggregrate marks for SC, ST and OPH candidates.

Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as mandatory subjects in their 10+2 level. In addition to the above conditions, candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.

So if you meet the above said criteria then only you can apply.
