Yes. You are eligible for admissions in universities once you clear class 12th. But, you must check if you go well with the Eligibility criteria of the particular course you want to opt for or the University in general. If you satisfy the terms, you can apply for admissions. There's no problem if you cleared the exam after re-examination.
