Yes students who are appearing/appeared for supplementary exams are eligible for the NEET.
You just need to pass your 12th boards examination with required subjects ( Physics, Chemistry,bio/Biotechnology) from a recognised board.
So you are absolutely eligible for the NEET councelling.

In Assam DME(Directorate of Medical Education, Assam) said there is a rule like that. Is in other states of India has also any rule like that?
