If you are allotted seat in the second round it means it is a better choice and accordingly you have got the seat.You cannot get back your 1st seat after you got seat in the 2nd round.If you were not alloted any seat in the second round then you can claim your first round seat.There is always a option to lock your choices in the first round.

So the answer is no.Since you got the seat in second round it is not possible to get back your 1st round seat.
