Dear Surekha, there will be an option of free exit. But you need to go to the college in which you have been alloted a seat currently and surrender the seat. There is a stipulated time frame within which you can do this. Please refer the allotment letter given. You need to surrender your seat in that colege in person. And then you can participate in the next round of counselling and you will not be penalised for the same.
