in 2017 my jee mains marks was 157 but I got only 72% in boards,is there are any colleges where 75% is not necessary

Yes, there are many colleges in which 75% marks are not compulsory.

According, to your marks you can take admission in private colleges. Below is the list of private colleges you can check-

To get admission in NITs/IIITs/GFTIs, 75% should be there or you should be there in top 20 percentile. If you dont meet this criteria, then you can try for colleges DTU, NSIT and private colleges like VIT, SRM,Manipal etc but they dont consider jee score as they have their own entrances.
