Hello candidate,

There is no clear informational available about the number of girls candidates who have been selected for the JEE Mains examination under the rank of 8000.

However, on a rough consideration the number could be some around 1000- 1200 considering a general graphic of the last few years results.

Hope it helps!!

Good luck.

Hi buddy,

There is no particular statistics available in this case. But for a long time a raging discussion regarding

"Why boys are making into IITs than girls?"

is being going on. There was a big article regarding the same on Times of India on 2018.

Debate is going on. I'll post the statistics report if it's officially published by JOSAA.

Thank you!
