This questions becames so simple if you make Venn diagram in it.

Take one set as tea and one as coffee, and make venn diagram from it. So as given total no of persons are 62.

Tea drinkers are : 38

People who drinks tea but not coffee are : 22

So clearly the number of persons who drinks both coffee and tea are :15

Now the no. of persons drinking only coffee but not tea are : 62-38 = 24
