Hello V. Saradha,

Your Rank is pretty good and you can get into top colleges easily. Since you have not specified any category so I'm assuming that you are asking for General category so the cutoff for Aiims Bhuvneshwar for General category stays between 1000 - 1100. So you might get into Aiims Bhuvneshwar this year if the cutoff goes a little lower.
