Hi reader ,

if in the second round of MCC counselling you have given your consent for participating and you do not want to take part in it then you can do the following things:

1) you can not fill any choices therein becoming ineligible for the second round and your security money will be refunded.

2) you can fill the choices of top colleges like AIIMS DELHI , MAMC etc or other colleges which you are sure you would not get and hence you would not be alloted any seat.
