Hello aspirant

Local rank and category are for your seat allotment in a college when other state students are competing with you then you will have preference because you are a local student .

And category reservation will be given according to your specific category.

narapa reddy For certificate verification they will do it according to over all rank. The reservation and all are internal processes you need not remember all those rank you need to remember the overall rank.
