Hello,

These are the documents that are to be submitted in AP ICET application form

10 ^th or equivalent certificate
10 ^th admit card
Local status Certificate
Category certificate
Special category (NCC, CAP etc.)
Aadhar card details
Ration card details
Passport size photograph
Signature

It is going to be better if you submit the original documents, as they are preferable but in case originals are not available or there are some issues you may give the xerox copies.
