Dear Pranay, the scanned photograph should be of less than 100kb. So because it is 25kb and falls within the specified limits, it is acceptable. And it shpuld be in JPEG format. So it is good. But just to answer your question, you cannot modify your already scanned uploaded photograph.

As I specified the photo is 25kb so when I took print out of the form it is very small to look will there be any problem I. E. Will they accept it at the exam centre
