Most of the colleges give admission through entrance test for bba. IP university conducts ipu-cet and D.U also conducts exam for bms and bba courses. Generally in delhi all good colleges for bba are affiliated to ip university. There are some private colleges which take direct admission without any entrance like if you have scored 80% in 12th then you can directly take admission in Amity universitybfor bba.
