whatever institute you going to apply for mca doesnot matter. the thing which matter is that you have cleared your supply in any subject of any semester on bca or not. see you need to produce the marksheet of passed results of bca during mca admission. if you have any outstanding backlog your candidature can be rejected. so make sure you clear the supplies before joining mca.
