Hi, so basically BCA councelling or any college councelling is a part of admission process where they provide the information about the courses they offer and help/ guides you through the admission process.

So basically if there is an entrance exam or something then you would be provided with the seat based on your score in test and the percentage in 10th and 12th.

Nowadays councelling varies in colleges. Some colleges provide councelling just for the sake of information.

So I would suggest you not to worry about it and be a little prepared at the same time.
