Abhinav, ou haven't mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2019 after mop up round, based on the information available at our page: https://static.careers360.mobi/media/uploads/froala_editor/files/opening-closing-rank-mop-up-round.pdf, the cut offs for various Categories have been as follows:

General Category: 568

ST:408

EBC:555

BC: 565

EWS: 567

Now the cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So based on your Category, you should atleast aim for 50 marks more.

Hello dear student
It's difficult to predict the exact cut off.

Last year cut off for general category under state quota for a seat in government medical college was 533 , 519 marks for obc category,  370 marks for sc category . Last year for st category it was little high when compared to usual cut offs for st category,  it was 429 marks.
You can have rough idea about the cut off from above data.
thankyou
