CBIT, established in the Year 1979, esteemed as the Premier Engineering Institute in the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, was promoted by a Group of Visionaries from varied Professional courses. Courses offered by CBIT are B.Tech., M.Tech. MBA and MCA. CBIT Admissions to these courses are done through Entrance Exams. The college has integrated MBA course which student can pursue alongside MCA or B.Tech etc.

In order to get admission into MBA course, one needs to give CAT, MAT, or ATMA exam. The merit list of the students who will be called for the counselling process will be prepared separately. The further selection will be as per standard of the college.

If you look at the infrastructure and faculty provided at the college it is at par with other regional top MBA colleges. The fee structure in the college is very expensive as it is the top private college. College fee is around 1.2 Lakh but recently it been increased to around two Lakhs. But the college provides scholarship schemes to some students and management students have different high fees. Placements in the engineering department are much higher compared to management branch. An average management graduate from CBIT can expect anything close to 3-5 lac CTC. Hence, in terms of ROI, it's not that feasible.
