Hello Anil,
Lateral entry is possible in the Civil branch . If you have completed a diploma in Civil Engineering, you can get direct admission into the second year of a B.Tech or B.E. program through lateral entry.
You may need to clear an entrance exam like LEET, JELET, or state-level lateral entry exams for admission.
