Hello Khabir, Greetings!

The board keeps on changing their method like to consider, for example, In both of my 10th and 12th class certificates they haven't mentioned the surname of my mother and just mentioned her name. So I don't think that should be a problem now or later. Regarding the application for NEET, you upload both the certificates as they are.
