during neet registeration if my mother's surname is different in class 10 and 12 marksheet then which surname should i use in registeration , it will be accepted or not ?

The surname that you have in your birth certificate is considered to be legitimate. You should check that and fill the same name in NEET application form. Also, you will have to get your marksheet corrected from which the surname do not matches from birth certificate.
