Hi Harsh Vardhan!This is Neeraj Atluri.Don't be worried.Self attested photocopies means you have to attach your passport photos for the counselling form.If you have done any error's in it,Then during the process of the counselling you shall have chance to modify them.If you have any doubts regarding this reply me,I will help you.

Hey friend!
You need to give self-attested photo copies. This means that you need to add your signature in that photo copies. And submit it in which ever mode it's asking you to do.
