Look as you know that the number of applicants these exams are too high and seats are filled very quickly. Based on your rank there is a slight chance that you can get admission in RV college of engineering. You just need to keep a watch on the counseling details of this college. Find out the number of candidates they call for the first round of counseling, from there you can get an idea of your chances of getting admission into that college.

However, I would also suggest you keep your option open for now and apply for multiple colleges.
