In josaa counselling there is no participation fees required. You just have to register and then wait for counseling to begin.
And if you got alloted any seat in josaa counseling and if you want to accept it, then you have to pay a seat acceptance fees around of Rs. 35000.

Now, in Csab you have to first pay a participation fees of Rs. 36500. And if you got alloted any seat and you accept it, then again you have to pay the seat acceptance fees of Rs. 35000.

So, there is a huge amount of extra charge for participation in csab round counseling.
