Hi,
In igdtuw and IIIT-d admission is done on the basis of the rank given by them. These ranks are given on the basis of the JEE mains rank you got. You don't have to worry because there will be 6 cutoffs and one spot round for admission in the colleges under jac delhi. If your rank is good than you will be able to get admission in any of the branches in these colleges.
You can check the previous year cutoff at jac delhi website for igdtuw. I hope this will help you in clearing your doubt.

I am outside delhi region. I belong to bc caste

It will be little difficult because outside Delhi students have only 25% seats reservation. You can check the previous year cutoff of all the college under jac delhi at www.jacdelhi.ac.in
