Dear Aspirant,

Such type of things might not be acceptable by the college administration. Your SC certificate is the proof that you are SC and therefore eligible for that seat. There are primarily three things on which administrations do not tolerate any non-fulfillment. These things are:-

• RANK CARD
• CATEGORY(if applicable)
• DOMICILE(if applicable)

However, you could try to talk to the administration though. Ask them that you have applied for it and you will get it soon. Maybe they accept your apologies and will give you a deadline.
