In any dropper batch the syallabus is faster and rushed than the normal batches.

In dropper batch, teachers mainly focuses on question practice and they will teach you various questions on single concept which an examiner can ask. So if you have the basic concepts of your class 11th and 12th and theoretically you are good and if you need only question practice then you can join dropper batch.

You will get to learn more questions on single concept and various tricks and easiest method will be taught to get answer in less time.

Although they will almost covered whole syallabus for you, the major difference is only that here you have more questions practice and less theoretical teaching.
