NEET Eligibility takes into account both theory as well as practical marks. Make sure you pass in all subjects. Then as per your Boards which has 100 marks theory plus 50 marks practical, make sure your total marks -

Physics Theory + Physics Practical + Chemistry Theory + Chemistry Practical + Biology Theory + Biology Practical is

1. 225/450 (50 %) if you are a General Candidate
2. 202.5/450 (45 %) if you belong to PwD Category
3. 180/450 (40 %) if you belong to SC/ST/OBC Category
