there are three gov. medical colleges in india

1. Doon Medical College, Dehradun
2.Government Medical College, Haldwani
3. Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Science & Research, Srinagar, Garhwal

For an SC candidate these 3 colleges needs rank of about 45000 - 50000 in NEET

which means you need 450 + according to 2018,2017 marks vs rank in Neet

and 500+ according to marks vs rank NEET 2019

So it depends on the difficulty of the NEET exam. So work hard.
