As you have mentioned that your ICAR UG rank is 9042 and you fall under obc category and you haven't got a seat in the 1st round of counselling ... See, the cutoff for obc candidates has a little difference as that of general category candidates.... But let me tell you that your rank indeed is good, so you have good chances of getting a government college in tge further rounds... See, if you don't get a seat in 2nd round, tgen for sure you can get a government college before least rounds...
