Hello prateek, as your sister is willing to do bba then she needs to appear for the entrance exam .. there are entrance exams for the top universities and also there are few colleges where there are no entrance exam and the admission is done on the merit basis that is 12th marks.. the admissions for the bba course has already been started.. you will get a commerce graduation as a degree..
