This is very rare that some question from previous year will repeat in JEE Advance exam. But there are 2-3% chances of getting some question repeated in JEE Mains from past few years papers.

But if you are preparing for both the exams, then it is very good. By solving previous year papers you will get a better time management idea and your confidence will boosts. It will be very beneficial for you in the final exam. So, solve as much papers as you can.
