For the IP quota, all the students from across India will be pooled in together and then they will be selected. According to the official statement, the minimum eligibility will be according to the MCI regulations. Also you must have a valid 'ward of insured person' certificate which is issued by the regional director. So visit the website www.esic.nic.in and apply online because the last date to apply online is 28th May 2019 and the last date to take the print of the online application form and submit it with the certificate physically is 29th May 2019.
