You have chances that you may get NITs but there is huge compitition for getting CS branch.So its quiet unpredictable that you will get CS.If you will stick to CS you might have compromise with the college.You can get CS at IIITs easily and some of the IIIT are best for CS like IIIT hyderabad and IIIT Allahabad.
