Hi aspirant

Definately you can upload that certificate while filling the form.

You must have the certificate in required format that is mentioned on official website of JEE Advance.

If you don't have in required format ,then you should make one in the format which is mentioned.

I think you have to upload the same certificate (which is in the format) and the renew slip which you get from the government office issued after 1st April.

I am asking about the validity of the certification.
It is mentioned on advance site tha obc ncl certificate after 1 april 2019 to be submitted.
