Yes we have van't hoff factor (i) in Jee advanced exam. There are direct questions based on this concept as you can make sure from the past year papers. Regarding the non ideal solutions, they may or may not be asked directly but their properties are certainly asked in one way or other. Both are important concepts from the solutions chapter.
