Definitely not..Questions in JEE advance are lot more tougher.No doubt NCERT for Chemistry is most important book and one should always start with it but is is definitely not enough.If you aim to score good marks then you will have cover books like RC Mukherjee,OP Tondon,Morrison and Boyd, only then you can get good marks in JEE advance.

Although the syllabus is mentioned as NCERT, in complete honesty, it is much beyond the NCERT level, especially Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. The concepts would be there in NCERT, but unless you have practised enough questions from external reference books, solving them in exam would be extremely difficult.
