It is quite hard to predict the marks versus percentile as it depends on the difficulty of the question paper and the students attempting the exam etc. The previous year data shows that getting around 135 should get you a percentile greater than 97 but this could vary because we have seen all these predictions go meaningless multiple times in the context of JEE.
