I'm listing those chapters from which question comes almost directly:

CHEMISTRY:

1. All Inorganic Chapters (of both class 11th and 12th). But you should have good command over each line of N.C.E.R.T. text.
2. Biomolecules
3. Polymers
4. Chemistry in Everyday Life
5. Environmental Chemistry

PHYSICS:

1. Units & Dimensions (Most of the time question comes directly).
2. Electromagnetic waves
3. Semiconductors
4. Communication System

Well…there are only 4 direct/theoretical chapters from Physics as almost all questions of the physics section are application based.

But if you can complete the above listed chapters completely, then you can easily score atleast 40 marks.

No decision has been made regarding short answer questions in JEE Advanced it will objective.

One aspect which differentiates JEE from any other competitive exam is its pattern, so don't expect instead accept.

Clear all your concepts, you will perform well irrespective of exam pattern.
